Join Glide Yoga's teachers, Annie and Carol for a very special 7 day Yoga Retreat at the Talalla Resort in Sri Lanka.

Talalla is a boutique beachfront resort on a pristine, white sandy beach with calm turquoise water, at the southern tip of Sri Lanka. The resort features a 20m freshwater lap pool, an outdoor yoga shala, spa facilities and a gourmet, open air restaurant.

Annie and Carol will guide you through 2 daily yoga classes (morning vinyasa flow and a relaxing afternoon stretch & restore), leaving plenty of free time in between to relax by the pool or swim/surf at the beach. Pricing includes 2 daily yoga sessions, accommodation, 2 daily meals (brunch and dinner), group transfers to and from the airport.
